This new version of GenoStar allows the users to integrate their own methods and tasks. A task defines the flow of control and of data among a set of methods. The integration of user-defined tasks is thus a way to extend the platform to deal with specific data analysis problems.

The version 2.0 can be downloaded from the GenoStar website for the users who already own a licence.

Academic groups can ask for a licence which allows them to use GenoStar for research and teaching purposes.
