University Training

After being graduated by Computer Science DUT in Nantes (1997), I have followed a training of master-engineer in Mathematics and computer science at Marne-la-Vallée (with last year at Université du Québec à Montréal). During these studies, I acquire differents skills :
-  sowfare engineering : object oriented development process based upon UML notation, Design Patterns, VDM, Z, Merise
-  programming languages : Java, C, C++, XML, JSP, Caml, ADA, COBOL
-  database : good knowledge of Oracle and SQL
-  network architecture
-  image synthesis

Then, I decided to get a last specialisation year in software engineering with DESS GI in Grenoble. These studies includes oriented object programming and analysis, UML, formal methods, project management and human machine communication.

Current projects and collaborations

In december 2001, I joined INRIA in the Helix research group, headed by François Rechenmann, to work as software engineer on the GenoStar project. Genostar's goal is to provide researchers a bioinformatics platform for exploratory genomics; Genostar offers a unified way of representing and managing data of various types and origins through a set of software modules which can exchange information.

In this context, I have participated to conception and developpement of a set of Java Swing graphical component (cartographic visualization, knowledge base query tool, ...) that have been integrated in different modules.

In addition, I have contributed to the architecture evolution of the GenoStar platform in order to allow the easy development of new modules and components.

These experience gave me opportunity to apply my skills in software engineer. Moreover, I have been integrated in a developpement team.
