Antoine Brun, 28, graduated in computer science from ENSIMAG/INPG in 1998.

From 1998 to 2000, he worked as a computer science engineer for the Sema Group Telecom company on various telecom related projects (TIM sms service platform, ASEL and Synapse)

From 2000 to 2002, he worked as computer science engineer for Xerox Research Center on the DocumentSoul project.

DocumentSoul provides customized document enrichment for a user or group of users. The system automatically inserts hyperlinks in a document to relevant information sources according to the user profile. Web search and proprietary document environments are integrated.

He joined the INRIA in October 2002 to work on the ORIEL european project.

His job consists in developing a set of XML-Schema known as BOXml and BOXtk the associated java toolkit, to enhance biological related information exchanges.
