Curriculum vitae

I was born in Grenoble, capital of the french Alps, on September 11th 1977. In year 2001, I graduated from Université Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, with a M.Sc in Software Engineering, section Distributed Systems and Networking.

I joined the Helix research team, headed by François Rechenmann, in September 2002 to work as a software engineer on GenoExpertBacteria project.

Current projects and collaborations

GenoExpertBacteria (or GEB) is a software dedicated to functional annotation or reannotation for bacterial genomes. It can be run in standalone mode or as a module of the GenoStar platform.

At first, I worked on specialized GUI's for molecular biology integrated in GEB application. I am now in charge of the overall development of GenoExpertBacteria.
