A short CV

I was born in Grenoble on May 29th 1976. I joined the Helix research group, headed by François Rechenmann, in september 2000. I started then a Master of Science (DEA ISC, Université Joseph Fourier Grenoble I) with Alain Viari as my research director. My studies were focused on software developments for protein structure classification and automatic identification of protein domains.

In autumn 2001, Helix and the LCP laboratory (« Laboratoire de Chimie des Protéines », CEA) offered me a job opportunity as a software engineer on the PepMap project.

I now supervise the software developments in computational proteomics (Taggor & PepMap) in the context of the collaboration between CEA and INRIA leaded by Jérôme Garin and Alain Viari.
