Curriculum vitae

Agnès Iltis, 26, graduated in molecular genetic and computer science from University Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I).

I followed a biology training in Grenoble where I graduated in molecular genetic (Maîtrise Génétique Moléculaire et Biologie Cellulaire) in 1999. To follow my interest in bioinformatic, I pursued a Master in Computer and Knowledge Engineering in 2001.
These studies allowed me to join the Helix research group in April 2001 to work for ISee project, directed by Philippe Genoud and Danielle Ziebelin : I developped the explanation of chi2 method principle in chapter statistical analysis of DNA sequences.

In November 2001, Helix offered me a job opportunity as a software engineer on GenoStar project directed by Alain Viari. I was in charge of specification and developpment of GenoBool module and its integration in GenoStar platform.

In September 2003, I worked on software developments in the context of the collaboration between Sanofi Synthelabo and Helix.
