A patch for the GenoStar 2.0 environment is now available online at www.genostar.org.

The data export from the GenoAnnot module has been enhanced. It supports the following data formats: EMBL, Fasta, CSV (Microsoft Excel), Tabulated Text, GFF 2.0, BSML, BOXML. Two tasks have been added accordingly.

The CDS prediction task has been corrected so as to better predict small coding regions.

The data import and export tasks to and from the GenoBool module now correctly support tabulated formats.

The developers will find a new Annotation API which offers a higher degree of flexibility for maps management.

Une mise à jour pour la plateforme Genostar 2.0 est disponible en ligne sur www.genostar.org.

Cette mise à jour enrichit l'exportation de données à partir du module GenoAnnot. Les formats supportés sont EMBL, Fasta, CSV (Microsoft Excel), Tabulated Text, GFF 2.0, BSML, BOXML. Deux nouvelles tâches ont été ajoutées à cet effet.

Par ailleurs, la tâche de prédiction des CDS a été corrigée pour améliorer la prédiction des petites régions codantes.

L'importation et l'exportation de données vers et à partir du module GenoBool via des formats tabulés ont également été corrigées.

Enfin, pour les développeurs, l'API du type Annotation a été enrichie et offre plus de flexibilité dans la manipulation des cartes.
