The Helix research group benefits from tight and permanent partnerships with CNRS (Department of Life Sciences) and Claude Bernard university through its association with LBBE - UMR 5558 in Lyon.

Helix maintains strong relationships with Université Joseph Fourier and Université Pierre Mendès-France in Grenoble.
