Design and development of software approaches to high throughput proteomics

The French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) is a key player in research, development and innovation in the fields of energy, defense, information technologies, communication and health.

At the Grenoble center, the LCP laboratory (« Laboratoire Chimie des Protéines », CEA Grenoble), headed by Jérôme Garin, develops protein identification and investigation methods that rely on mass sprectrometry.

In the context of Rhône-Alpes Genopole, LCP and Helix develop algorithms and software for the management and the analysis of spectral data.
